I can’t say enough good things about this salon! After another stylist rescheduled twice and then cancelled the appointment one hour before, this salon came to the rescue! They truly saved the day for my hair! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with kindness and professionalism, and I instantly felt comfortable. After showing them my inspiration pictures, they more than EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS! The stylist not only listened to what I wanted but also went above and beyond to make sure my braids were neat, beautiful, and exactly how I envisioned them. After I had my sister send my niece earlier this week and also get a consultation regarding getting her hair done today. She drove there in hopes of getting done after confirming your shop would be open. She arrived to two of your staff sitting there doing hair earlier today but they told her they would be closing soon. It was frustrating to drive there to waste gas without getting her hair done. If she returns, I would recommend being clear on your hours and also improving your customer experience.

I decided to give them another try after my previous stylist didn’t meet my hairstyle expectations—and I’m so glad I did. Kine hooked me right up! Did a walk in for some boho knotless. It was my daughter b day. Loved the service. Nice ladies. My daughter hair was epic. She loved them and I will be back.

The woman who did my hair was literally tearing my hair out of my scalp because she was being impatient. She also kept sighing loud every time I let her know she was hurting my scalp and her response was “it’s because it doesn’t look right”. Never going back there again. She was so ready to be done with my hair that when she actually finished, she got up and sat down in a chair and didn’t even ask me if I was ready to pay. I stood there waiting for her to get up and she didn’t say anything to me so I had to ask her if I could pay, which i shouldn’t have to ask. The braid itself looks fine but the parts look terrible. Overall bad experience and I don’t recommend
