I booked my appointment through the Vargo app for 9:00 AM. However, the technician did not arrive until 9:10 AM, even though the store was supposed to open at 9 AM. I informed him I was booked for a regular polish manicure and pedicure, and that I was getting them done for a photoshoot. Once I picked my color and sat in the pedicure chair, I noticed the foot bowl was not properly cleaned—there were visible particles floating in the water. The technician cut my toenails unevenly and far too short - mind you he used cuticle trimmers and not regular nail clippers to trim my toes nails, applied the polish carelessly (like he was icing a cupcake), and left polish all over the skin around my toes without bothering to clean it up. I feel very confident to recommend Joe for Dipping Powder! I am very satisfied with the quality of his work, also with his professionalism. I have been going a few times, the most recent dip was done on Feb. 4, and lasted with no signs of breaking till March. 6. Keep that in mind that I'm not the most gentle person with my hands and I do all my household work myself! Joe is professional and friendly and is very good at his job. I came in with my girlfriend for pedicure. This place has a "home like" feel to it! The technicians are very talented. I had Selena doing my toes and feet and legs. She really made my feet feel heavenly and made the pain go away. She was super fun to chat with too. I Highly reccomend this place for the hospitality and talent they offer. Bonus: can get ingrown nails removed too 😊
