I have been coming here for quite a while now and never have had a less than exceptional experience. The whole crew is very helpful, friendly, professional, and attentive to detail. Jessica always is efficient and on her A game! Very good conversationalist and listener. I can see why she is booked out all the time. And, the management team is awesome and the owner takes very good care of the employees. I would recommend these guys to anyone. I am super picky (poor Jessica), but always happy with the results. One of the best referrals ever made to me!

The girls are really nice but seem to be fresh out of the school. I went back twice 2 different stylists, I didn't end up liking my hair either time. With experience I'm sure these girls will be great but right now they don't know the difference between a picky customer and a non picky. I just wanted it to look good and for them to use their best judgement honestly wouldn't of cared what type of haircut it was. I wasn't impressed with how much it costs and how big of a name it is.

I have recently returned to Mitch Men's Salon after living away from the Bloomington/Normal area for some time. I am glad to see the high standards and great service at Mitch are still priority. Fun and hip atmosphere, accompanied by a fantastic staff-- might I recommend Jessica, she is so sweet and gives a great cut! A great selection of services at a fair and reasonable price, they always seem to be able to squeeze in a last minute appointment, here and there, which helps with a busy schedule. You won't be disappointed!

Lucy is the best!!! Always a great haircut from her, a safe and comfortable person is so important for a haircut. And her great skills are a huge factor in consistently choosing her to cut my hair.

If your wanting to go blonde for summer Jessica is your girl!!!! She made me platinum, and there’s no ugly yellow, she is truly gifted!! And she got cutting skills as well!
