I have gone to Kristine and Joon for keratin lash lifts many times. My lashes always look amazing and the pricing is great as well. I highly recommend this place.

Since this place has such great reviews, I drove 20 minutes out of my way and spent over $150 on lashes here when I could have gone somewhere closer and paid significantly less. I'm really disappointed because although my lashes looked great the first 2 days, about 80% of the lashes have fallen off by day 4. I followed the after care instructions exactly! It feels ridiculous to have spent over $150 for a professional service that only lasted 2 solid days. It's truly unbelievable -- I feel scammed. I don't typically write reviews but figured I'd save someone on the fence. I will not be coming back.

I went to this place and I usually had Christine who was very good at doing my lashes and knew exactly what I liked. I had other people who did the lashes and they messed it up. The first time it was corrected. I then had another appointed with a man who was very pushing and boasting on his experience. On top of that he tried to charge me more than what I usually pay in membership. Trying to say I did not have a membership. So he asks the owner who seemed to take her time responding. Tge next day I called and told her I did not like the extentions and it was not right. So she said; come in so we can look at it. I sent her a picture and R/S for Christine. When she confirmed with me, I asked her will I be charged for these extentions? She claimed I never came in for them to see it, and it wa

I have been getting my lashes done at Kim’s for about 6 months now. It is always a pleasant experience— the customer service is phenomenal. The admin is efficient and communicative. The lash techs that I have been with— Joon & Kim— are meticulous, attentive, listen to my goals but stay realistic based on my eye shape, budget and lifestyle. The environment is calming and relaxing. I highly recommend Kim’s Lash Studio.

I’ve been going to Kim’s lash studio for 5 months and I can guarantee that they are the best Korean lash studios in the area! I highly recommend and they also have membership services so that you can save some bucks. 10/10 best lash salon.
