First time trying out this place. Cash only! $60 +$10 tip and fee to take cash out, overall it was $73 for basic French tip. Not even a week after, all my nails started to left. I went back to the shop to see if they would fix the problem. They did not want to without charging a $25 fee to fix. Which is crazy ridiculous all nails should at least last 2 weeks before getting a fill. They have a list of clients that sign in/with date before the work gets done, so there was no denying of the time frame. Bad work and a waist of time! Never again.

They are extremely rude here to me. I showed them and explained how I wanted my nails IN detail before they started, which was also very simple by the way. Basic French tip, they gave me such a hard time just for me asking to curve the French tip instead of having a straight one—- they got irritated and tossed my hand. Then the lady that was doing my pedicure, was drilling super fast after I asked her if she could shape my nails differently and then because she got a attitude, she started drilling my nails faster and cut me twice!!! Then got upset at me telling her that they were trying to put two different colors on my hands and feet when I originally told them that I wanted my hands and feet to match.. I had so much anxiety and I’m never coming back here again

Stop by today at 4:40pm they close at 5pm today. I went to simply just get my eyebrows done. I told the lady I want eyebrows she was just sitting there with her feet on the desk and said no come tomorrow tomorrow and swinging her hand for me to leave. Mind you there was no one else getting wax. Won’t be back here again very rude. I understand it has been long day but I as well had long day and that was the only time I had.

I went The first time to do me a pedicure and the lady that did it literally Left me half way my nails cut from the inside just because I bleed while she was pulling them out . When I left my nail hurts all day I came back another time give them another chance and did exactly the same thing only this time it hurtes worst not worth coming here ! 0 recommended !! N so dirty too !! #they always mad too lmao never coming back here ! I'll post a pic my foot toe is still big and red ugh !

My mom hadn't been here in years and used to be a regular customer there since I was a child until, we moved further away. She always got along with the staff and loved the owner. She walked in today on a whim and they owner's daughter kicked her out before she even spoke to anyone and told her she was too picky and couldn't come anymore. Out of confusion she tried to talk and ask for an explanation and the lady kust continued to refuse to serve her. My mom is kind and is someone who rarely complains about service if at all. We used to recommend people to come here but now I'm leaving this review as a warning. Don't come here, they obviously don't want your money and pick and choose days they want to provide a service.
