Kim’s Bonsai Nails and Spa (NEXT to Lincoln Mall, across from Panara Bread)

I got my nails done by Kim. I had a wonderful experience! She gave me exactly what I asked for and really took her time making sure that it was perfect. She even checked with me periodically to make sure ai was happy so far. The salon is also nice and very peaceful. Thank you Kim!

The single-hand photo (inspo pic) is what I asked for and was assured could be done. However, the two-hand photo shows the final result, and it’s completely different. I’m extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the service, quality, and final product. When I arrived, I confirmed with the staff that they could do the design, and they assured me they could. But once I sat down, they switched me to a different nail tech (Jasmin). She was very rude, dismissive of my input, and treated my hands roughly throughout the appointment. She filed and cleaned my nails so aggressively that it actually caused pain multiple times. In the end, she decided she couldn’t do the design and went ahead with something entirely different. I started coming here a few months ago, and I love it. Everyone is really nice and welcoming. I have seen a few of the techs and they are all very good. Today I had Kim, and I absolutely love how my nails came out.

I tend to like more natural colors and I usually get a dip manicure. I’ve been coming here for a while and I think they do the best job on nails in the area. I have really thin natural nails and with their dip manicure I hardly ever break a nail, they always last until my next visit ! The only thing I would say - their sign says “walk ins welcome” however I have been asked to come back several times when I have walked in for an appointment.
