This was my first time going here, in other hair stores you’re able to try on wigs, so I asked the woman worker if my daughter could try on a wig she said no. I respected that and put it back. She followed me around the store after that in a military stance just staring directly at me as if she wanted me to leave so we left. I took my daughter home and proceeded to do a review to see that most of their reviews were the same. That they are rudely invading your space as if you’re a criminal, watching profusely as you shop and it’s very uncomfortable. So instead of giving a bad review I go to the store myself to have a conversation, ask questions to see what the problem was or even if there was a problem or maybe I was misinterpreting them. Very limited selection of wigs, braid & crochet hair. Only beauty supply open on Sundays. Was looking for Grey #51, boho crochet hair. They had only four (4) packs of grey hair in the whole store. They were simple 2-strand twists. (Old style) No refunds only exchanges. Very rude. My first and my last visit here. Had I read reviews before going, I probably would never have come in there to shop. 😒🙄

Honestly for a small beauty supply store, they had what I expected. I’m new to Clarksville and we were just needing a few things to due some hair but I walked the store and they have everything! Good wig and hair selection, a sale on human hair. Eyelashes and nails, make up, hair accessories, earrings, jewelry. They had specialty hair products as well. The owners were as nice as you expect beauty supply shop owners to be lol

I understand this beauty supply has a lot of history with African American women boosting. I just don’t understand why this beauty supply doesn’t have a nice greeting when you come in there store. The wife and husband does not move from register when customers need assistance. I’ve gave this beauty supply about 3 chances since moving here 3years ago and they are not nice as most beauty supplies here in Clarksville. They at least need an assistant to help around the store if they are not able to assist.

Had the same experience as many other African American women. Unfortunately, they are the only beauty supply that carried what I was looking for so I dealt with the obvious disdain and nasty attitude but I will be checking a few more newer stores so that I can replace them quickly.
