I don’t think this “business” cares about customer service. Or maybe they no longer need new clients. It was a hassle to make an appointment in the first place because they never picked up the phone. They claimed they were having phone issues, but this wasn’t the first time I’ve experienced this. I left multiple messages and finally got a call back. Then I got a text from an automated system at 3:09am on the day of the appointment saying my appointment was canceled. No phone call or message explaining why or asking me to reschedule. I called and texted multiple times to verify or reschedule and got no response. I wondered if it may have been a mistake and went to the salon anyway. All the lights were off and no one was home. This salon rocks! I saw that someone left a one star rating but no actual review. This person clearly never received services from Chroma Salon. After my long time stylist moved, I was nervous about finding a salon I felt comfortable with. I discovered Chroma at least two years ago and this is totally my place! Constance is amazing and I always love my hair when I leave. The atmosphere in the salon is fun and friendly and it’s always great to catch up with Constance and Regina when I visit.

Constance is amazing! I’ve never received so many compliments on my hair before. Her work is professional, she makes sure her clients are satisfied, and her pricing is incredibly fair. Highly recommend!

Amazingly talented, Constance invariably makes me feel terrific no matter how frumpy I feel when I walk in her door. She is a brilliant colorist and a marvelous stylist, and I trust her entirely. In fact, I no longer tell her what I think I want - I give her free rein to use her artistic ability to make my hair look GREAT . . . and she always surpasses my expectations. Plus, she is fun!

Constance is top-notch! Consistently great color/highlight work. She’s been doing my hair for 5 years and every time I change my style she really understands what I want and does a beautiful job. Highly recommend!
