Kimmy Nails

I’ve been coming here since they’ve had new management & every experience has been great. The Daughter always does my nails & she never disappoints. I love her Mom who also does nails & they have always made sure my son is also accommodated if he’s with me. They are very patient. I just love the Mother & Daughter Duo, they’re the sweetest. Along with great service 💗 - Also I tried the “duck” shape for the first time & I actually loved how they came out, it wasn’t too much.. just right. Friends who weren’t too fond of the “duck shape trend” were surprised how good they looked too because of the shape. They were really cute. I always return

Pictures are self-explanatory Only one person working (the owner) Nobody else, he was rushing to do everybody and ended up not doing a good job don't get me wrong he's a nice guy but the pressure to service everybody is way to much work on his plate, just now another workers walked in at noon like if it was ok! Let's see how that goes, Update: well she started doing my feet, I have an ingrowing nail I asked her to cut it, she stopped me to say "this is my job don't tell what to do" I was a bit shocked cause obviously she doesn't know what she was doing, than to make matter worst by the time I sat down I was done. Flies were everywhere, I'd never go back to this place again, I latterly spent $47 just to have this done

I had a pleasant experience today at Kimmy’s nail. I took my niece with me and got a fill in, eyebrow touch up and my niece got a full set and pedicure. The staff was super friendly and down to earth. My nails came out nice too. I was worried at first because several years ago I came here but did not have a good experience but that wasn’t the case at all today. My nieces nails also looked super cute. I would come back. My only suggestion is to clean the place a bit more. But other than that I’m satisfied with my nails and the customer service I received today.

I’m thoroughly satisfied with how my nails look! They took their time, perfected the shape of my nails and provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. Thanks ladies, see you in two weeks!

Very disappointed with the service I received today. I usually get my eyebrows done here so I figured I would give a pedicure a chance. The lady got an aggressive attitude once I expressed that I was not satisfied. I told her I did not want to waste her time since she couldn’t achieve the look I was going for (she only did my two big toes) Her and another employee started giving me dirty looks and discussing me. I’m sad that I can longer go here and I’m disappointed in their behavior. Update: I am a very easy customer to please and because I felt bad I chose to just say never mind instead of wasting your time. I knew I was not going to get the desired look I was looking for. It’s clear that you chose aggression over understanding. You rather tell me to wait when I was trying to be nice.
