Kimi Nails

First time here I got acrylic it cost $55 which is not bad compared to other nail salons that charge over $75…the nail tech did a pretty good job & finished off with an amazing hand massage + hot towel..I also love how chill/calm and clean the salon is I think I’ll keep coming back as long as the experience is always the same :)

Absolutely disgusting inside! Very dirty I was extremely grossed out! There were bugs crawling around on the floors, the place hasn’t been properly cleaned in years, and everything in the salon is extremely outdated. The workers are rude and do not know how to provide a proper service. Do not come here!

Absolutely horrible experience! They are extremely rough, rude, and unprofessional. Complete waste of my money and time!

I have been going to Kimi Nails for several years and alot of times I go because it's close and convenient but the quality of service has become increasingly worse. They are extremely inconsistent and you always feel rushed even when it's not busy. A couple of the girls are really good but sadly a few are also bad. They rush, causing cuts and split nails, polish is put on sloppily and not corner to corner. I was in today for a Gel manicure and not only do I have cuts which can be unsafe but my nails look like I got them done weeks ago. When I questioned the shotty job, the OWNER agreed but said "Everyone is different". Work quality should be expected and required of all employees so at this point, I'll be seeking out a new salon. Quality and customer care should always be a priority.

As we walked into this nail salon we saw two (A.) women. My son and I (A.A.) greeted them very nicely with "hello and a smile" NO ONE SAID A THING in return yet, they just stared at us as if we had two heads. If I hadn't just gotten off of work I would have walked out, after us looking at each other for a minute knowing that there was no-one waiting and I needed a pedicure I said I would like a pedicure . ...she called to the back and a younger ( H ) lady came from the back that was very nice and friendly which I wished I could have gave her a great rating...yet I tipped her very well! I noticed that 2 more (W) clients walked in which they did not speak yet, the two (A) workers spoke to them And greets those 2 client so nicely. The owner charged me and extra $5.00 on top of
