Let me start by saying that Resilient Salon feels like home. From the moment you enter, you’re treated like family and the entire atmosphere is relaxed and enjoyable. Vanessa did a consultation with me regarding how to handle my gray hair going forward and we decide on semi permanent hair color that we would phase out towards a lighter shade. She also gave me an amazing cut, making my hair much easier to style. The blowout was excellent and I’m very happy to say that you have made a customer for life! I had a haircut, balayage, and blowout and it was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had! This was my second time getting my hair done at Resilient Salon, and again they did not disappoint. The team is professional, friendly, and truly cares about making your hair look and feel goood. This was my first time at the Resilient Salon and Had a pleasure to meet Vanessa. She is Amazing , Top Notch. I found her on tiktok love her personality , she made me feel super comfortable. I came in with a picture reference and she matched it . She knew exactly what she was doing. I loved my results!Will be returning in spring for my next round . If I could give 100 stars to Resilient Salon I would. Never disappointed with my results. You go in looking blah but come out looking fabulous!! The owner, Vanessa takes great pride in her work. She has impeccable attention to detail. She takes the time to understand exactly what the client wants; in addition gives great advice to get the best results. My hair has become so healthy since I started coming here. When I first came to the salon four years ago, my hair was damaged, short, and I had lost my curls. Since then, my curls have come back and my hair has completely transformed. I’ve been coming here ever since, and I definitely plan to keep coming!
