So friendly and kind! She’s an incredibly talented hairstylist who truly listens to what you want and delivers amazing results every time. Her salon has such a warm, welcoming vibe that makes you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. I also love that her prices are clearly listed—no surprises and totally fair for the quality of her work. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about her clients and their hair!

The whole experience was a vibe from when I first got there until the very end!!! she mentioned my comment I left her about my hair when I booked my appointment. She also educated me about my hair and what was going on. The place was lovely. My hair felt like hair again. She really loves what she does and you can tell. I WILL BE A CLIENT FOR EVER. Update: Added photos of the new location at 233 Western Blvd H. Like the neon sign says, "Assignment Understood." When Kim waxes your brows, she likes to go for a natural brow and will ask your preference. I prefer a natural brow, so that works for me. The products Kim uses on my locs smell great! The environment at the beauty salon is relaxing. You'll have a great time and be satisfied with the service(s) you receive. --- Kim is my go-to person when I get my locs done in Jacksonville. I had a style in mind, and Kim made sure to execute the hairstyle in a way that suits my personality. The locstyle looks amazing! Tamiya finds a good balance between waxing and tweezing. My brows came out bomb!

I’ve been to Kimage a few times in the past few years and never had a bad experience. Kim is very good at what she does and works quickly. I was even the last client of the day yesterday and no one made my appointment feel rushed. I got a silk press and trim and it turned out amazing as usual!
