I DO NOT recommend Deise. Unless you like being abused as a client. I am making a final edit to this review to add: the salon owner keeps replying to all negative reviews by shifting the blame on clients, without having met them. This is another red flag. It's not possible that all 1 star reviewers are crazy and her stylists are angels. I told Deise I wanted my hair very similar to last time. If she claimed otherwise, then she is lying, which I was expecting. After a couple of washes, you see the true results; it's not always apparent at the salon. Mona always does a great job, and I consistently receive many compliments on my haircut. Mona has a fantastic experience, friendly, very welcoming, and experienced. I couldn't be happier!

Sal absolutely wowed us with the blow out that he did for my daughters TV appearance. We called at the last minute and he was gracious enough to stay late to take care of her. Her hair looked amazing and he showed us how to put it up for sleeping on overnight! Can not recommend enough!

I can't recommend Deise enough! I'm currently going through a grey transition, and she has been absolutely incredible throughout the process. She's incredibly knowledgeable about what can be a challenging journey, and her patience is unmatched. What I appreciate most is how she always sets clear, realistic expectations at every appointment. There are no surprises - just honest, expert guidance. She takes the time to explain each step and makes sure I understand what to expect along the way. If you're considering a grey transition or any color transformation, Deise is your person. If you’re looking for an advanced haircut, this is not the place, basic training. I’ve had the opportunity to work with many actual professional stylists through the years. This was a Poor haircut, I had to get a correction by the owner who still left issues that another professional cleaned up at no charge. The owner failed to provide information about their actual training, how many hours, etc. They requested photos and samples which I provided a history of my own previous haircuts with other samples of celebrities done by other professional professionals. Killer Hair failed to understand the skill requests. They are defensive, mean, poorly trained, fail to accept any accountability and will blame the client for their problem.
