I feel scammed. I’ve come to this shop on and off for years but I will never patron this business again. Provided a picture and the outcome looked nothing like the picture. Was quoted one price and at the end of services I did NOT ask for I was charged. Owner was unapologetic when confronted about why the outcome was different than what I expected. On top of overpaying, she also tried to upsale me on edge control which I did not get. I asked for knotless box braids and walked out with hair that looked like old crochet hair from the mid 2000s. Disappointed and disrespected! $220! Ladies please watch scams and desperation tactics during the holiday season

Provides hair, and great service but sometimes doesn't communicate well. My last experience, we went up there for an appt and the owner didn't share with them that we were coming and they were full. My last trip home, I scheduled an appointment for my child. Showed up the stylist was not there, then requested me to come in 5 days later. Nope this is my last try with them...won't be returning.

Went here to get my 2 yr old daughters hair braided. Her hair came out nice but the experience wasn't to good. Everyone knows with a 2 yr old your gonna have to have a little patience...the lady just seemed to be very irritated everytime my daughter would move..mind you it was her first time. I kept her calm and tipped as I always do but I just cant give this 5 stars.

Nice young lady, accommodating and on time. I love my hair but probably won't go again due to change of price after services given the price was decided the day prior. Money should always be discussed upfront. Also, it's encouraged to use the ATM which charges 3.50 per transaction. If major CC isn't the preferred method of payment, please do not advertise. I'm sure I know why that is the case. So, that was an additional charge on top of my hair. Again, love my hair but probably won't go back.

They seemed to be extremely confused about what kind of braids I wanted, regardless of the fact that I showed them three pictures and explained IN DETAIL what I wanted. Then after about 20 mins of them arguing in a different language about it they started my hair, and hey did it so wrong and I didn’t like it. Since two different women braided my hair the braids in the front were way bigger than the ones in the back and when I asked her to fix it SHE GOT AN ATTITUDE AND ARGUED WITH ME! I paid $200 for this mess and I will never go back and I don’t recommend them to anyone. It’s too expensive and the braids are less than satisfactory.
