Kiki African Hair Braiding & Weaving

This place is INCREDIBLE!!!! First of all, the wash was the best I’ve ever had at a salon. The stylist was so careful with detangling my hair and fully scrubbed my hair clean. The braid style itself is EVERYTHING!!! Three different women worked on my hair and they did exactly like the picture I showed them. I have gotten nonstop compliments since the appointment and I feel like this is the most I have ever been satisfied with stylists and years. I will definitely be back!!!!

I don't recommend her. She botched my sewn-in hair extensions. I asked if she could fix them, but her bad work made me go back to the salon. When I arrived, she told me she couldn't do anything because the salon was full of clients. Kiki has a terrible attitude. Think carefully before making an appointment

This is the BEST braid shop that I have been to in vegas. I have been going to Kiki for the last 4 years and every time that I have gone she has provided outstanding service. All of her braiders are very nice, and personable and will give you the styles that you're looking for. I love Kiki's transparency, if you show her a picture, she will let you know truth about cost, maintaining and if its best for your texture. My hair has always lasted for months and my braids are really neat. Kiki and her team are all very nice and accommodating. Please don't let some of the negative reviews sway you from finding the best braid shop in Vegas. A lot of people come in with their own issues and try to get over on her because she is a genuinely nice person, go and have your own experience.

I went to Kiki African Hair Braiding & Weaving and got a full head weave. They braided my hair first and then sewed the extensions onto the braids. It turned out beautifully! I did my own haircut and styling afterward, but otherwise, they did an amazing job. The salon itself was lovely very nice and relaxing. I love going there because, being from Sierra Leone, I enjoy getting my hair braided. It helps my hair grow and makes it so much easier to manage. Thanks to the team at Kiki for doing such an awesome job! I’ll definitely recommend them, and I absolutely love my hair.

I had a very disappointing experience at Kiki African Braiding Shop. I came in with a clear idea of what I wanted, but instead of honoring my request, Kiki told the braider to make my hair smaller—even though I specifically said that’s not what I wanted. When I spoke up about it, she got loud with me in front of the other workers and tried to intimidate me. It was completely unprofessional and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who wants to be respected as a customer or have their wishes taken seriously.
