David was very kind and informative! I’ve been a Kiehl’s user for years and he taught me and my partner something new! He took the time to show us different products and understand my skin’s unique needs to make a recommendation. He and Tatiana were great and didn’t mind that we stayed past closing time to decide what to purchase. They gave us some samples and were very friendly. Awesome experience.

I want to give this location 5 stars for how amazing their employees are. I had an issue with an online order because one item didn't arrive before I had to leave for a trip and so I called the store. The store manager, Devina, was super helpful and made sure the team knew that I would be coming in to pick up an item and also price matched for what I paid online. The team member who also helped me when I arrived at the store was amazing, super knowledgably which led me to buy another product. Overall great experience, kudos to the team and I'll definitely be shopping in-store here again.

Ordered 8 cans of the 125ml Kiehl’s facial cream for 50% off the price to pick up at this location. Felt a bit racial discrimination and unwelcome here as my first impression for this location. There is no limitation or restriction when I placed the orders, but when I came and picked it up, they only gave me 5 cans and said that this is the maximum quantity they can gave me. Really don’t know what was going on. Even the manager came out, she just told to me that she couldn’t give me as much as what I ordered without any other explanation.

Manoakho and Jade helped my friend and I out as first timers, they were thorough and informative! Their patience and kindness was so refreshing, going through all sorts of products to meet our needs. We will definitely be coming back!!! Thank you guys for all your help!

I’ve come to shop and also for order pickup. It’s a clean and well-kept store for its size, they deserve credit there. But the employees give you the bare minimum, it’s like they’re a mix of bored and angry. After this most recent time it’s just not worth it, I’m going to shop at another kiehl’s location or go online.
