love the kiehls cult. every product is perfect. this location is so clean and wonderful. the staff who helped us today were so knowledgeable and welcoming. they did a great job guiding us through our skin concerns without making us feel insecure. i feel empowered to take better care of my skin. thank you jay and nayelly (the staff! look for them when you go!!) jay i think you changed my life!!

Classic Kiehls. Always good quality products. One worker was a bit sassy and unhelpful but overlooked him. And they seem to have a barbershop here as well. Bummer they stopped selling a few of my favorite products.

This is one of my favorite brands located in the heart of Hells Kitchen. The lotion is awesome. My moisturizer of choice in the winter. The shop has a full service barbershop in this location. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the products. I often buy gifts for friends here as they're nice and affordable. I definitely recommend stopping by here.

I didn't catch their names, but both employees were very knowledgeable and accommodating. There is a cool Derma-Reader which you can use to identify skin concerns! Will definitely be purchasing their sunscreen.

Terrible shopping experience here. Their system was down, so I couldn’t get the rewards even though I bought the product. They didn’t offer any solutions. Just said no. No rewards, no samples. So… why even open the store?🙂
