Fantastic experience here with Sarah! I have three boys and they can be a bit wild. Sarah was thoughtful and efficient with my boys and their cuts. She was so friendly and welcoming with me! It was clean, the receptionist was also very nice and scheduling was super easy. We will definitely be coming back here for my kids cuts! Sold!

So the reason for the one star is because at our last visit with our son Who is three years old, Was getting upset while getting his haircut. Joanna, who was at the front desk, came over and asked if our son was autistic or on the spectrum at least three times!!! We always had a great experience at kid styles, especially with Maria, who is excellent and patient with our son. But that day Maria was out, and we used another hairdresser. But Joanna, who was at the front desk at the time (I'm hoping I got her name, right?) Crossed the line When asking if our son was autistic or on the spectrum. She didn't ask once she asked numerous times and assumed that our son was autistic. I would never in my life say that to another mother! Extremely unprofessional!

ook my son here for his very first haircut, and it was such a great experience! Maria did an amazing job—she was gentle, patient, and made him feel really comfortable. She took her time and gave him a great cut while keeping him calm and happy throughout. The atmosphere was welcoming and kid-friendly, which made a big difference. So glad we chose this place for such a special milestone. Highly recommend, especially if it’s your little one’s first time!

These guys are great. The hair stylists are very friendly and always do an amazing job. They also have a dog groomer in the other half of the building, which is great so you can get your hair done while your pup gets a wash and grooming. What a fantastic idea! They also sell Roman Empire Farms CBD for pets which is great to help them with anxiety from car rides, pet visits, etc. and helps older pets with arthritis. Definitely worth a stop next time you are in Bedford.

terrible haircut on my son as his first haircut. i’m devastated. it’s very chopped looking and no style or shape. i’m really upset and the place was really dirty too. hair everywhere and felt very rushed
