Her technique was efficient but still gentle, and you can tell she really knows what she’s doing. What I loved most was how personable and conversational she was. 5 stars for Carly! It was my first time with her but she was awesome. However, giving 2 stars for the condition of the salon. Smelled terrible the moment I stepped inside. I know they had a plumbing issue a couple years back but it smells like they should definitely consult a water remediation company.

Abby did such an amazing job at making me feel comfortable and safe while also making sure she worked diligently. She was gentle and kind; definitely worth every dollar. Now walking out confident, refreshed and not embarrassed of my own skin. Thank you so much again to the welcoming team and Abby at European wax center in Bedford Hills !!
