Kids Kuts

It was out first time here, we usually go to Salon De Kids in Mantua but they were closed today and we needed to get a haircut. My 4 year old did not want to sit for his hair cut, but the hair dresser was not bothered at all! She worked quickly and efficiently and this was the fastest and best haircut I have seen. Highly recommend if you have one of these kids! (or any other kind of kid). We even interrupted our hairdressers lunch- She was kind and professional and not troubled one bit! We will be back! Thanks! PS the New BATMAN seat is awesome!

Went for my son’s first hair cut today. She went super fast (which may be necessary for toddlers), however I did not feel she did well. When I brought up my concerns for how it looked, she gave excuses that it has to look like that due to not use clippers (which I never told her not to use clippers) I made the best of it because it was my son’s first haircut and he was sitting in a bat mobile, but for the profession being a kids cut place it was sub par. The environment did not feel welcoming by the staff either. We did get a certificate and his first hair in a bag. Will not be going back.

Hands down best place I have thus far to cut my kids hairs. I have 4 kids and have been to many places and Kids Kuts have done the best cuts my kids’ ever received. They are friendly, fast and efficient. I’m aware it is not an easy task to cut kids hair and you have to be an amazing person to do that but I’ve been other places (yes reputable barbershops as well) and Kids Kuts has done the best work. My kids love it here as well. We appreciate them and know it is not an easy task to cut the hair of moving targets all day long but let me tell you, they get it done, and get it done good.

We come here every couple months for my son‘s haircut and we love Miss April and my son will almost only get his hair cut by April and I can’t really take him any other place. The Place Is clean and she’s quick and does a great job. My only complaint Is the other lady who works with April. 99% of the time when I call I get Her on the phone and not April which sucks because in my opinion, she has no customer service skills whatsoever and is incredibly rude on the phone I don’t know if it’s stems from a lot of people asking for April versus her and she’s jealous or what her problem is, but every time I’ve spoken to this lady on the phone, she has been rude after I asked for an appointment for April. I can honestly say if it wasn’t for April we would definitely not be going here. I definitely

Diane is extremely rude and mean to kids. Don’t work in a kids salon if you can’t handle the average kid moving in their seats during a haircut. We were loyal customers for years but won’t be back. She eye rolled the second she unlocked the door and it went downhill from there.
