Kids' Hair

Hair stylists were kind throughout experience but ended up having to wait 20 mins past appointment time which is just not ideal with a toddler… and then came the awful haircut, which just so happens to be her first. I asked for just a little trim along bangs and in the back. I had to step in before more uneven length was cut. During the cut, she stayed completely still and followed all instructions and still this somehow happened. Probably better for older kids here but won’t return.

Rachel was INCREDIBLE with my 3:5 year old…. Funny, kind, creative, and patient. The bag / drawer of mystery toys kept him entertained the entire time AND his hair has never looked better. 10/10 recommend and we’ll be back!!

Rachel has been incredible with my 4 now 5 year old. He is sensitive to certain sounds and textures and needs someone to take a gentle understanding approach with him. Rachel has been all this and continues to be creative in ways to engage him each time he comes. She takes a very nonjudgemental approach and my son, even though he still has a hard time with haircuts, likes coming here. We are very grateful for her and honestly hope she never leaves!

We love this location and their stylist Melissa. Our son has been going here for many years; their entertainment is helpful to help kids feel relaxed and comfy.

Would not recommend especially for a first haircut. Asked for my son’s hair to just be trimmed on the sides, and was told this was not possible as “that’s not how you cut boys hair”. I asked if we could leave the back a little longer to keep his curls which was ignored. His hair is incredibly uneven and both sides look like completely different haircuts.
