My experience with Kiah Waters at KiahNalani Hair Studio was absolutely devastating. I booked highlights and an extension install, but instead of leaving with beautiful hair, I left with damaged hair, ruined extensions, and weeks of stress. Kiah cut inches off my brand-new, expensive extensions — and anyone who knows extensions knows they are priced by the inch. The highlights didn’t even match the extensions, making them painfully obvious. To make matters worse, my regular stylist later confirmed that Kiah used a product that actually bleached my natural hair under the beads — clear negligence. Highly recommend Kiah for any of your hair needs! Kiah is professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and consistently provides excellent service. Her salon is always clean, organized, and welcoming. I don’t know how to braid my own hair, but I like to have it braided for my rugby games — and Kiah always makes time in her schedule to fit me in, even on short notice. I’ve known Kiah for a few years now, and at this point, I genuinely consider her a friend. She truly cares about her clients and it shows in both her work and how she treats people. I have been going to Kiah for my cut and color for a decade and I have never been disappointed. She cares about her customers. You can show her any picture and she can duplicate the cut and her color is always on point. She has come in early to accommodate my schedule and come in on her day off so that I could have a great vacation hair. She is professional, honest about what will work and what won’t and she cares about her customers like they are family! She’s the absolute best!
