They messed up my hair. I came in with parts of my bleached hair dyed magenta purple (almost pink), which was my fault for DIYing it at home. I was going for a dark purple, and I knew if I got it dyed a dark grape purple it could cover the magenta. I asked for them for that color, and I even stated I knew my whole head won’t be even because parts of my hair was bleached (I didn’t want to bleach my whole head for this appointment). All I wanted was pure dark purple hair and I made it clear that I wanted NO hints of magenta or pink on my head. They started off the dye process without even showing me the colors. Every time I have gone here, it's been inconsistent. I unfortunately kept giving them a chance for some reason. Anyways, in my most recent visit, they messed up my hair so badly that I needed to go to a hair school to fix. I gave them a reference photo and the hair stylist gave a glance and went to do my hair. To be quite honest, I kind of felt unhappy after leaving the chair but I didn't really say anything since my hair usually does not like the products used in salons. However, after I washed my hair at home with my products, I knew something was off. My left side felt heavier than the right. Absolutely love my haircut! Moving to a new city made it tough to find a new salon that knows how to layer my hair properly, but Khanh delivered what I asked for. He is super kind and a professional at what he does! Definitely recommend to make an appointment beforehand as the wait could be a while.

I am very upset with this haircut! It took me years to grow my hair long and I specifically said multiple times that I did not want it too short. She cut it much shorter than I wanted. I thought she was cutting it too much so I said something but she assured me it was long in the back. I showed her, layers and long past my chest, she cut it shorter than my shoulders in the front except for the back where the very tip is just long enough to touch the top of my chest when leaning. That was her defense, that it was that long in the back but I was very clear and the damage is done. Never going back and just want to cry. Don’t go here unless you want hair cut way hotter than you ask/show them. I could have probably done a better job myself or gotten a better cut at the beauty school for less th
