Khady Beauty Supply

The customer service at this store is extremely disappointing. When calling to request information, the staff are dismissive and have even hung up. In-person interactions are no better, as employees often display unprofessional attitudes and poor customer service. Additionally, the store’s policies are unclear, and receipts are not consistently provided. I highly recommend visiting Beauty Sensation at 45 W 116th St instead, as they offer a much better experience.

I was so thankful that they had late hours when I was in a jam and needed hair. The cashier was very polite and helpful. Bright clean store, but I didn’t like the neighborhood at night. It was a Very hot night so more people were out. The problem was the begger who opens doors for change and homeless laying down. Very sad but I felt safe since the shop had clean windows and bright indoor lights.

They’re closer to 7th and 116th just look good. They’re always kind. & they stay open until 10:30 on weekends… this is a smaller beauty supply store compared to the other ones we have in Harlem they don’t really have a large selection of makeup if you’re a beauty supply make up girly… definitely can come here for all your hair needs though.

I only went for some hair and seen that they had a supplement that I take and will start purchasing from them. I also love their late night hours. Beauty supply stores tend to close 7pm or earlier which does not help for those that work certain hours so the hours here are extremely accommodating to those in the community
