I am shaken up by the experience I just had here. I don’t think I’ve ever been so disrespected by a business owner in my life. I came for a hair cut yesterday, and Kevin cut my hair (usually Jennifer does). I asked to clean it up, trim the top and taper it. He did his thing and after I told him it kinda looks like the hair on the sides is standing up. he said if he cuts it any more it will stand up even more. I let it be, went home for a shower and after I washed off decided it needed be cut more. I came back today to get it fixed, I had full intention to pay. Both Kevin and Jennifer looked unhappy I was back. I waited in line for my turn, and didn’t say anything until it was my turn. I sat down with Jennifer and asked for it to be tapered, she said what number, I said 3. Kevin then tells

Let the haters hate but I have been coming here for over 15 years - I don’t go to anyone else and I moved out of the branch many years ago. Always fresh and clean, tight and right. Respect is a two way street so don’t come in with attitude bc you will be told to leave with attitude. Keep up the great work Kevin
