How many stylists in NYC offer you lunch when arrive? This Keratin bar location has the warmest and talented team. Not only did I enjoy a delicious lunch I left with my golden locks conditioned and perfectly coiffed.

Note this is not a review of a salon appointment or hair services. I went into the salon attempting to buy their specific hairdryer for my friend who loved hers for years. They said I could not buy it and I should go to ulta. They said they would take my number and have the manager call me to help me buy the hairdryer when they got in later but I never got a call. I was surprised they turned me away and even said their hairdryer was bad quality. Maybe the hairdryers I saw were just dusty empty boxes. Oh well

I come to Keratin Bar every three weeks. I love how Annie colors my hair and how much attention to detail she puts into her work. For my Keratin/blowouts again I trust her. She is extremely professional and she is an expert in what she does. I would never change her. I get tons of compliments on my hair. Thank you Annie for everything that you do. 🙏🏼🩷

First of all, I’d like to note that I have received countless keratin treatments in the past so I do not feel I was going into this appointment blindly though it was my first time at this salon. I am not sure the name of the woman who did my hair, but I can safely say I will not let her come near my hair ever again. I booked a brazillian straightening treatment and upon arriving she told me I had booked a brazillian blowout, later realized her mistake but given I was the only client in the salon the whole time, and the first client of the day you’d think she’d know what I had booked? The whole process felt very unorganized and messy. I felt like I did not have control over what was happening to my hair, and she was not happy when I ever I asked her questions or gave minimal input on what

I discovered Keratin Bar in 2018, and I've been going ever since! The Staff is excellent - if not superior - at their craft! I've had several services (Keratin, Color, Cut, and Styling), and I've always been ecstatic with the results. I can't say enough! They're wonderful! (Ask for Annie or Ishi.)
