Kendra is an amazing beautician and absolutely the best. I had an idea of what I wanted. She asked questions to get more of an accurate vision, explained the process and the differences of certain color techniques, explained what would be best for my skin tone, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. She made me feel like family and there was no judgement. The atmosphere was homely and everyone is so nice and sociable. I felt so beautiful when I left. I love my colored hair and I have finally found a beautician that I trust!
