Nails 5/10 service as a whole 1/10!!!!!! This is my first experience at Anna’s and I am very disappointed because I’ve heard great things about them. I did not see Anna herself but a guy that was working up there. I left with a deep cut from a NAIL FILE because the guy was rushing to get them done and was filing them so hard. My finger started bleeding immediately so I jerk my hand back and he sticks his finger that is covered in dust over the cut and presses down. He kept filing with his finger over it like he didn’t want me to see the blood. I literally had to get up and wash my hand off because there was so much dust caked in the cut and it was hurting so bad. He then leaves two more cuts on my ring finger and pinky finger which also bled. He was not gentle with the cuts at all afterwa

I love getting my nails done here they made my first experience with them wonderful! I called them sort of late and asked them if they were still taking walk ins for the evening. Ms. Anna said yes!! This is my second time coming here and they made me feel very welcoming again and Mr. Tommy did my nails this time he did such a wonderful job!!! He made sure I was happy with them and he got them done quickly. If you’re in Boone I’ll and need your nails done I definitely recommend Anna’s nails!!! 💕💕🩵
