Kenmae Hair & Nails

This was ridiculous bro…as an esthetician and somebody who knows about beauty and business PLEASE LOOK FOR ANOTHER SALON, I’M WARNING YOU! I’M NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN! this is one of my nails after I had to come home and file them myself until they looked “decent” because they were extremely crooked. I pointed it out to the lady and she was just talking on the phone the whole time, seemed like she was arguing with another tech as well which is extremely unprofessional. She “fixed” one of them by filing it and she knows VERY well she just made it look worse. I was about to tell her to just re do the whole thing but because I’m a good hearted person it’s hard for me to ask somebody to basically re do their job, especially because I don’t want them to feel bad but this was just unacceptable,

Very poor job on my nails. They are crooked and they used old, chunky polish instead of a new bottle. She didn't file the tops and they were jagged and I had to file them myself when I got home. First and last time I go there.

Place was not clean. Stuff everywhere. Very heavy handed and would just throw your hand to the side when done. Massage chairs ripped and the screens didn’t work nor did half the buttons. The day after I got them done they had huge bubbles under 2 fingers, when they popped, it was wet polish. Had to call and go get fixed on my lunch break. Took them 4 times to try and redo it because they were rushing. Then the next day after getting them fixed. Chipped again as you can see. I won’t even get started on my toes. $100 for this. If this is what they constantly do then they know how to rip people off. Only went because my original place was booked and needed it done for my anniversary. I should have just waited. A waste of $100.

Had a very pleasant experience at this salon, great customer service and my tech was so nice and friendly, great job!!!

Great service! The staff are friendly and care about doing a good job. The prices are reasonable too!
