Kenyan came highly recommended by friends, and my first visit with a bad shoulder and back was surprisingly relaxing. Not your usual deep tissue massage, but a gentle twisting and turning manipulation of all my limbs. I wasn’t asked where my troublesome spots were, he just seemed to know. I left feeling the effects and it was a few days before some, but not all of my aches presented themselves . The cranial sacral manipulation is always a treat for me. My posture felt improved and I will see him again in 4 weeks.

Clean and calming environment fragrant with the aroma of essential oils. Kenyan worked magic on my body in one hour. When I stood up from the massage table my posture was different. My hips were much more relaxed and supporting my back as opposed to the tendency I have to arch my back so that my pelvis is not supporting my weight. My lower back pain relieved, I will definitely be going back for more work and practicing tucking the pelvis.
