I am two days out from a treatment from Ken. I can easily endorse him. I have been working with HSS for months on a spine issue that is restricting neck movement. Immediately after the treatment with Ken (actually- DURING the treatment, because he had me check in on my neck periodically), my pain reduced and neck range of movement increased. Two days later, the neck range has improved even further. My wife saw him on the same day and has seen similar improvement on issues she has had for nearly a decade. Lastly, I had knee pains that we did not work on during the session, but he told me that based on the feedback, it was coming from my IT band. I had an appointment scheduled already at HSS the next day and guess what - after imaging, they told me the pain was from the IT band. Summary - K

Ken is one of the most incredible people you will ever meet. He has deep knowledge of the body in ways that most doctors do not. His warmth and compassion are palpable, and he is dedicated to provide lasting relief for clients. Ken has helped me recover from multiple injuries. I could not recommend him enough.

Ken is incredible, I need ten pages to fully explain all the improvements that he has made to the foundation of my body. I am extremely active (skiing, kiteboarding, boxing, dance) with many years of injuries and accumulated poor patterns. Working with Ken is the *ONLY* therapy of any kind that has ever made a difference for me. Years of PT, personal training, orthopedists, chiropractors, acupuncture...nothing works like Ken's work. He has a deep understanding of fascia, nerves, connective tissues, and the way force is distributed throughout the body. Do yourself a favor and make the life-changing choice to see Ken.

Before Ken, I tried everything to heal my chronic lower back pain. Acupuncture, physiotherapy, and cupping. Nothing provided long-term results so I assumed my pain was my new default. Ken understands the biomechanics of the human body using methods like active release technique (ART), to fix the root of my back issues. After one session, you will feel an immediate tension release in your issue area. If you are committed, he will completely reset your body back to baseline. Through a few session with him, my chronic pain was gone, improved my flexibility and range of motion, and corrected my tennis serve mechanics. You will also learn lot along the way too.

I am still in shock at how quickly and efficiently Ken fixed years of tightness and pain in my body. He is an extremely talented “mechanic of the body” and pays incredibly close attention to detail through meticulous observation, touch, and asking the right questions that I can almost guarantee no other doctor, PT, massage therapist etc. will do for you. The process is painful but it’s quick and you feel instant relief that actually lasts. I have increased range of motion and mobility now after seeing Ken that I’ve never had and it really opened my eyes to what my body needed all along. I was expecting some pain relief and instead I got so much more. I’m an active person who is goal oriented and have tried so many therapies to fix old injuries, chronic pain and tightness. After 1 session,
