If I could give 10 stars on this establishment I would! Great service, friendly stylists and at a great price. My daughter in law and I called 2 days ahead and got an appointment for blow outs. We could not have been more pleased. I would even drive from my home in Glassboro to get my hair done by Elsie! Thank you so much!

AMAZING. I have gotten my hair cut with Elsie twice now. I have 3a curls, and she just makes my vision come to reality! I showed her my reference pictures, and described what I wanted, came out perfect both times. I recommend her to all curly girls!! Haircut and wash/condition was $55. Also, she’s lovely to talk to!

I had a lovely experience at Kelly's today. Everyone is warm and welcoming. I needed a root touch up and hair cut. Elsie did an amazing job. I am a seasonal person. They have so many other things to offer. I will be back.

I needed a haircut and a manicure so I Googled ( yes people I also use Google! ;-) places that would fill my needs and came across Kelly's! Wow, was I in for a wonderful surprise!!! I made an appointment for this afternoon ( I recommend an appointment ). I waited about 20 minutes to be seen by April, my hair stylist and told her what I wanted and she listened!!! I really enjoyed chatting with April, who is living her best life now and I ended up with a amazing haircut. Next I had nails with Tory who really takes his craft very seriously and is so precise when he works. While he was taking care of my nails we ran through topics like cutting butter, we laughed and there were no pregnant pauses for us . I met Kelly and the rest of the staff and didn't want to leave, I was having too

I was in much need to get my roots colored; my daughter who does this for me was unable to do so due to working commitments. I live in Ocean City . I contacted Kelly’s Creations and what a wonderful place and results!!! I am so grateful to this establishment; and I love what they did with my roots!!!, I highly recommend this establishment.
