My hair stylist, Ren at Julie's is the absolute best. I live in OC yr around and she has great skill in short haircuts (those with short hair know this). Her color skills are spot on (I think). Been going to her for years!!

Im so disappointed. I really wanted to like this place. Decided to book an impromptu hair color/cut appointment with Briana. She is super sweet but I don’t think she is experienced enough (pretty sure she’s one of the newer stylists too). I showed her a picture for reference of my wedding hair (last pic). Now i don’t expect another stylist to replicate a hair color to the exact same match but I feel the hair Brianna gave me is not even close. Not only that, i feel like the color is brassy and just straight up looks like my hair is dirty. It looks like very harsh highlights that are not blended very well. Maybe she doesn’t have a lot of experience with Asian hair and maybe it’s my fault that I decided to go out of my comfort zone to work with a non-Asian hair stylist, but my hair just turne

went for a haircut and had Briana. So friendly! She went out of her way to ask how I was and made conversation with me. She made sure that I was comfortable and asked questions to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. It was better than expected! She informed me how the face framing would help my grown out bangs blend better. So helpful! When I go back I’ll definitely be requesting her! Briana made sure I enjoyed my experience and got what I came for!

Very disappointing experience. I booked a $70 haircut and clearly explained what I wanted because I have thick, slightly wavy Asian hair that needs careful cutting. The stylist said “OK” but seemed impatient and dismissive from the start. She didn’t shampoo my hair — just sprayed it with water — and began cutting right away. When she said she was done, my hair was still wet, and she refused to blow-dry it, saying she didn’t have time. Her communication was also very poor. She kept chatting with other employees instead of focusing on me, and the whole experience felt uncomfortable and unfriendly. Once I dried my hair at home, I realized it was uneven and poorly shaped. For $70, I expected much more care and professionalism.

What can I say about Julie's outstanding customer service the environment is a relaxed family-friendly Atmosphere. This is coming from an Outdoorsman seriously Ladies and Gentlemen, this is a Gem near the shore you Most visit. When looking for your next hair cut, salon needs. The prices are really good as well. Go see Ren she's an amazing Stylist that knows her craft.
