The WORST! DO NOT GO!!! They do not care about customer loyalty or honoring their products! I’ve spent THOUSANDS of DOLLARS at this beauty supply store and I am highly disappointed! I bought a hair dryer less than a month ago and I was trying to buy a brand I was familiar with but the salesman INSISTED I buy the one on sale. I bought and it literally BROKE IN HALF mid use! I came back to purchase a much more expensive one and asked for a discount and the manager Marie insisted I had to return the dryer within 7 days and needed me to bring back the broken dryer so they send it! I’m so disappointed, you all have lost a really good customer and I don’t appreciate the treatment. BEWARE! They sale you things they want to get rid of and when it breaks, it’s YOUR fault. No accountability.

First time shopping here. I was driving on Gratiot looking for a beauty supply and stopped in here. My first impression was that it was clean, well stocked and had a decent selection of products but it was also obvious that they're rude, petty and prejudice. I had interactions with two employees and I wouldn't recommend this place and I'll never be back. I know it may be tempting because depending on what your looking for, the prices and sales can make spending money here worth it but I won't be supporting them at all. They need to be with their own people in their communities doing business.

I have been to this beauty supply about 3-4 times. I have purchased 3 Outre wigs and 1 sensational Butta wig. I always find it odd that when you purchase a new wig the sales lady says she will bring the wig to the front. She always takes a while to get there. The of the times I questioned the appearance of the wig. First of all are you suggesting that you don't trust that the wig will make it to the register?. I stayed in the area to try and see what she was doing with the wig. She did open the box that I gave her she stopped and was fumbling as if working under a counter shelf. I stillade it to the counter before her. The wig was $39. I have purchased the same wig before at a supposed reduced price of $50 + I was wondering why it was $20 less. I never wore the wig. I finally unboxed it. I

JULIE PLEASE CHECK YOUR PRODUCTS. The last two times I got lashes done I ended up with eye infections. And they were super hard to remove. I hope nobody is tampering with your products. This is very dangerous and unfortunately I can’t return. You’re such a sweet lady but I think someone is jeopardizing your reputation.

I find it very disturbing reviews says the same service not good. Thanks for heads up. Was about to drive over to make Hugh purchase. Kelly Beauty get it together because reviews DO COUNT!!!Just saying......
