I just got my nails done at Universal Nails and I’m so happy with the experience! 💅 The customer service was top tier from the moment I walked in. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. My nail tech took their time, paid attention to every detail, and made sure my nails came out exactly how I wanted them. The salon was clean, relaxing, and had a really good vibe. I didn’t feel rushed at all, and they were very professional. If you’re looking for a place that does beautiful nails and treats customers with care, I definitely recommend Universal Nails. I’ll definitely be coming back! ✨

I’ve been coming to this salon for 2 years now ever since my husband and I moved in the area. Every time I come in everyone always greets me especially the owner and her husband, which I absolutely love them both. My nails always get complimented on and they take their time to listen to what you want. I literally don’t let anyone do my eyebrows besides the owner. They don’t treat you like you’re just another paying customer. Just an amazing environment to be in. 10/10 would recommend ❤️May God bless you all

First time experience was amazing! My mom recommended it and I will be back. The owner was so nice, everyone was friendly, considerate, and efficient. I came after work and I had a concert to attend and did not want to be late. They did a full set and a pedicure just in time for a reasonable price. They even stayed an hour after closing to get me together! I was able to get to the concert in time with my lovely nails. Thank you!

One thing about Lisa is she is going to slay my set EVERY SINGLE TIME. I absolutely love this salon . The staff is amazing every single time. My sets last me 4 weeks every time and as a girly who loves longer nails this is gold. They will always have a customer in me.

I’m so happy I found this salon. It is local and Lisa always services with a smile and everyone always makes sure I’m comfortable. This is my second visit and I’ve always had trouble finding someone to get the shape right for me. Lisa “nailed” it and she pays attention to detail. I was watching her work today and admired how focused she was on providing the best service and she takes pride in her work.
