In the photos you’ll see what I asked for… and what I got. 😐 When I arrived Kiesha directed me to someone else’s chair. This was unexpected since I texted her in advance and we discussed what I wanted AND also saw her name as the person I’d be working with when booking. To be honest, I wouldn’t even bother complaining about this if the stylist delivered. However I was severely disappointed. The work was amateur at best. When I followed up with Keisha about it, said she “could braid but prefers to let people who specialize in it braid in her shop” So basically, either she wasn’t being honest with me or the braids in these photos are misleading as to the quality of work you might receive here. I am at a loss of words for how I was treated today, a repeat customer. For a salon owner Keisha lacks professionalism and she has a very bad energy about her. The first picture shows that my appointment was at 10am which she later moved to 12:30 - without an apology for the inconvenience by the way. When I took my baby sister to the 12:30 appointment there was another person getting her hair done (which the second picture shows). The employee had just started doing the other person’s hair when our appointment was at 12:30 (originally 10am). After texting Keisha this message who is the owner of the salon, she rudely calls me and was so aggressive. Her energy and how she acted was unwarranted and she did not take accountability for the wait times and the inconvenience. She even went as far
If you want your hair done right then this is the best shop in Baltimore. I have seen so many creative styles while getting my haircut. I love this place
