I will never recommend going to this person who claims to have over 20 I believe years of experience. I messaged her and asked her if she can get my hair to the color in the first picture provided. She stated yes she could, not I believe I can or I can take you close to it. She quoted me $300. Day of my appointment I come in and the girl before me was unhappy with her color so she had to schedule a toner to “fix”, that should’ve been my first red flag. When it came to my turn she told me due to my natural hair color poking out of my blonde she would have to up charge me $100 more than what she quoted me. I said okay because she stated she could get me to the color I wanted. While she was doing my hair she decided to take two smoke breaks coming back in freaking of smoke, her hands smelled

Did I leave blonder than I went in? Yes. Was it good? Not so much. I never leave feedback like this however I ended up having to get my hair fixed by someone else which cost me even more money and time, just days before my step-daughter’s wedding. This is a long story but feel it’s all relevant. My usual colorist moved and I needed to find a new person to lighten my dark blonde hair. After a google search I found Keep Austin Blonde. It was a little further from my home than what I wanted but the reviews and their focus on blondes is what drew me to make an appointment. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment to find the door locked and the lights off. Finally a place that can do blonde ! I have seen Brittany twice now and I love her work. She's quick , yet detailed. I love how my blonding and hair cut turns out. She's actually able to get my hair blonde. How she places her Bleach and toner, makes the grow out so gradual. Her pricing is reasonable considering her skill level. I love that the salon is relaxed and low key.

I was referred from one of my favorite blondes to come here. So when I was ready to go from Red to Blonde, which is never an easy one time task, I booked. Britney was great and explained the process to me in the beginning and every step of the way. My results are perfect as well as my hair quality. She is professional, timely and thorough. I appreciate that pricing is up front on the website so I knew what I was looking at paying. As a retired salon professional and happy client I highly recommend.
