The staff at this location are extremely unprofessional and lack basic customer service skills. Their attitude toward customers is dismissive and disrespectful, which reflects very poorly on the business. It’s clear that there’s a serious need for proper training and accountability. The way they speak to customers is completely unacceptable, and I plan to contact the owner directly to ensure this behavior is addressed. I also recommend that management review the security footage to see firsthand how poorly guests are treated. No one should have to experience that kind of attitude when spending their hard-earned money here.
