I recently started doing acrylic nails again and had a horrible experience near my home. So Kay’s is next to my weekend job so I went in to fill the mess I had. Well Mia is AMAZINGGGGGG! she’s quick and accurate. She’s super nice and gentle. I don’t know about you but I hate when I get cut while getting my nails done, those suckers burn. Anyway I’ve been coming every 2 weeks since for a little over a month. I have had a pedicure in the past here and it was great as well. I highly recommend this location and Mia she’s great at her job! Also my photos are of fill #3.

I'm a regular client and I love coming here kay always does an amazing job with me and my moms nails. They are very clean and make you feel very welcomed. My nails always end up lasting a very long time which I love!

I went to receive a manicure and pedicure, which was fine however, I decided to get my eyebrows waxed. The wax did not feel hot when she applied it to my skin. However, the moment she ripped the strip back I immediately felt pain. I assumed it was the type of wax maybe? She showed me my eyes immediately right after and everything seemed fine. She then applied some ointment and it burned immediately and I told her so. She mentioned to not remove the ointment and it will help my skin. As I was driving, I pulled my mirror down and looked at my eyes and I was in shock. My Skin had been removed from both my eyelids. I called and they offered more ointment and a refund. They were remorseful but I do not believe they are fully licensed or trained correctly. I am so upset sadden and terrified I w

I went in asking for French on top of the color I already had and they charged me the price of just getting gel nail! I feel it was ridiculous The gentleman that did it great conversation good work just bad business!
