The staff is friendly and stylish! They made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. The owner did the nail design and made sure that my nails were perfect before I left. I also got a pedicure. Although I am from out of town I would come back again!

This was my first time here, and I had my manicure and pedicure done by Jenny and Meghan—they were awesome! Very nice spot and location. Everything was clean, and the staff was so nice. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place!

I am obsessed with my nails every time I walk out! I’ve gotten my manicure and pedicure done here 5 times now, and each experience is fantastic. I appreciate the attention to detail, the customer care, and the quality - my gel always lasts up to 3 weeks. Would probably last longer, I just get antsy with the length. I’m in love with this cat eye gel for the spooky season!

I was visiting the area over Christmas and had been unable to go to my regular salon (in NYC) before my trip. Kayla Nails to the rescue! I walked in on Christmas Eve. They were efficient and kind and the service was excellent. My manicurist was incredibly thorough. I actually ended up getting engaged on the trip, and three weeks later my gel mani is still practically perfect! Thank you Kayla Nails, I’ll see you next time I’m on the West Coast!

They ruined my toes!!! And now my toes hurt. She buffed it down to the skin to correct her mistakes. They just gave me discount instead of comping. Very incompetent and she should not haven assigned to do my pedicure! Expensive and incapable to deliver the basics. I do have the right location. My nickname is Holly and I’m in your system.
