I never leave reviews because I don’t feel it’s necessary to leave one if I didn’t have a great experience, and I just decide not to go back for certain things. This time I did feel necessary to leave a review so no one goes through what I did. The pedicure was exceptional! I did get a full acrylic set after and I didn’t leave happy with them. Along the process everything seemed fine until the filing and shape. I left with the most raw fingers to the point where touching the is impossible. My skin under my nails is so hurt that it’s ripped. Some of them if not all are crooked. The color is definitely not what I wanted( and yes this is my fault for not saying anything when the acrylic was chosen for me and just applied) The only reason why I am leaving a review is because I had never left

They got mad at me because I didn’t want to put gel polish when I was getting a pedicure. The experience was not a good experience. It was my first time in this nail salon. I definitely will not be going back😞.

Kathy’s nail & spa does phenomenal nail designs and quick! The only downside is that- Only Kathy herself can do these amazing nail designs. Others can do great basic nail designs, but if you want something above and beyond, no matter how long or short- Kathy is your girl😊😍 cleanliness I would also say can use a little bit more, but besides that, I highly recommend Kathy for nails- especially for beautiful long lasting design ❣️

I came in without an appointment and was able to get gel refill manicure. Very friendly hostess/ cashier’ 💅 I have been coming for fills for over 3 months without app, so just write your name on the list. Bring cash to pay & tip. This time, I was taken care by Leanne & she listened to my request, which came out better then expected. I will be returning and highly recommended to anyone for manicure or pedicure. .

i waited 45mins to be seen. the lady that Started my nails cut my length twice before asking me , got irritated that i wanted longer so she yelled in her language and had someone else take me. she was Much nicer but proceeded to do my nails but started applying Way to much acrylic but i was trusting the process ..she started to file they down with a hand file , put 0 support on my nails while filing so it was EXTREMELY painful she was Heavily pushing my nail to one side while holding my second knuckle, they have Never been this sore after a set. she proceeded to file an said she couldnt take anymore off other wise “it wouldnt look good” so i left was there 3pm -7pm it was too late to go to another salon so i went to Walgreens an shaped them myself. im upset i even payed 45$ for these absol
