I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt: I didn’t have an appointment (I don’t live in Miami and needed to get a nail fixed and a fill-in), but they were rude, rude, RUDE! I saw their sign from the street since it was an eye-popping gold glitter (great marketing). I thought it was a good sign and pulled in. Once inside, no one acknowledged me until I was about to leave then a woman finally got up to speak to me. She seemed like she was having a bad day, but like I said, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt—plus I needed my nails done. As I was telling her what I needed, she quickly cut me off and said, “English or Spanish?” I said, English and she turned around and left—no “excuse me” or “one moment”, just turned and left. I’ve been going to see Cindy for my nails, and her skills are unmatched—she’s precise, creative, and always makes sure my nails come out perfect. The other nail techs are just as talented, and it’s clear everyone here takes pride in their work. On top of that, they’re all so friendly and welcoming. You can tell they genuinely enjoy working together because they’re always helping each other out, which creates such a positive vibe in the shop. The space itself is spotless and very well-kept, which makes the whole experience even more relaxing. And if you happen to come at the right time, they’ll even serve you some really good Cuban coffee—it’s the perfect touch! This is definitely my go-to nail spot, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for great service in a warm, clean, and profes
