Kathy's Cuts

Let me start by saying that Kathy’s salon is very nice, well organized and that it had a very relaxing atmosphere. The moment I walked in, she was very friendly and while she was cutting my hair, I could tell that she had a lot of experience just based on how good she did the trims, edging and how she did my fade. I also really liked how she took her time. She really made sure that everything looked perfect just by asking me questions if everything looks good so far. My favorite part was the relaxing heated towel that she used to wipe the back of my head and added a gentle massage. I highly recommend that you come and try this awesome shop. Don’t take my word for it. Trust me, you’ll love it. Thank you Kathy for the great haircut and relaxing experience. See you next time !

Kathy is awesome! She has cut my hair for 15 years at her previous location. She now has her own place and I would recommend to males and females alike. Cuts to colors. I don't know if this was an off day for Kathy, but this was honestly one of the very worst customer service experiences I have ever had in my entire life. Kathy's hair skills are not the issue, but I have literally never had a worse customer service experience. It was incredibly strange. Kathy needs to learn how to communicate her costs effectively to customers, and not raise costs unexpectedly after an appointment has already been made. Kathy examined my hair as though she had never seen long hair before, ever in her life. She then quoted a far higher price than had been quoted on the phone. Because I disputed this higher cost, Kathy seemed to take this out on me during the entirety of the session, and I have never actually felt physically abused during a hair session prior to this bizarr

Kathy’s Cuts is a sparkling new business in Edmonds, but Kathy is a seasoned expert in all aspects of hair care for everyone. I have been getting great cuts from her for years, and I highly recommend her. Kathy’s Cuts Salon has an air of friendliness, competence, and serenity. She’s the best!
