Very underwhelming. I wanted my hair cut to something of the effect of the photo I showed. She looked at it for a sec. I asked if she could shape the style to my face, she said she didn't know how to do that and seemed uninterested. I asked if she could do the cut or not and she said she could. After she giving my hair a trim, I was charged $55 for nothing and I tipped generously for her time because she wasted mine. My hair came out nothing like the photo. I cried when I got home and the next day. I will not be going back. And now have to go to another place to have it all fixed because my hair was chopped straight with botched layers.

They do great haircuts! They took their time on my hair and the price was good. For $45 they washed, cut and styled my hair. (They actually straightened my hair even though I didn’t ask for it.)

Got the Full Service Experience the other day. Well worth the money.
