Nice enough women there but two major reasons that I will not return: 1. I called and asked whether there was any availability to wash and blow dry my hair and was told, just walk in. I walk in and was informed that it would be a 40 minute wait. That was a bit much but nonetheless I understood it was Saturday (although there were only two girls in chairs and stayed). Nearly TWO HOURS later, they start my hair. No apologies for the delay. No check ins to update about the delay. Really my fault for staying. 2. The price was more than expected for a simple wash and blow. Like I first noted, nice stylists and a clean establishment but zero sense of urgency or communication.

**ZERO STARS***Made an appt for my elderly mother this morning for 4:15pm today, the appt was for a short haircut and dry. We get there I showed them how she likes her cut and she sat in the chair. 30minutes later they called to say that the lady that cuts hair wasn't there today and nothing was done. This is beyond poor business we will never go back or recommend to anyone! ZERO STARS!!

Don't waste your time and money here. I had scheduled an appointment with Jessie and I showed up only for the receptionist to tell me she had reached out to the hairstylist and told her she wasn't coming. Not even a sorry was said but I rescheduled and the receptionist said it was all set. I call the day of my appointment to confirm the hairstylist was going to be there and she tells me my appointment was yesterday. I made another appointment and miss their call and call them back for them to tell me they cant see me and that the hairstylist I was looking for never worked there. This place is a joke and there receptionist barley knows how to make appointments. Super unprofessional. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

I came here for the very first time with my natural DOMINICAN curls all over the place (if you are Dominican, you understand!!!) In any other Dominican salon I would have felt the need to defend my hair texture or explain why I did not need any treatment to relaxed or “softened” my curls, instead I was relieved to realize it was not going to be the case. My hair was washed and cared for without complain. Every single one of these ladies are respectful, polite and super professional. Jalina is amazing, she washed my hair like I would at my house and after three shampoos she still asks if you feel your hair is clean enough 😃 bonus points!!! Karolin has blessed hands, and is very patient and charismatic. I recommend this salon to anybody, all type of hair is welcomed and well cared for!!!

My wash and set came out nice but I was charged $55. I’ve never paid more than $30 on a wash and set (3b hair) , so I was very disappointed with that. 🤷🏽‍♀️ The stylists are good but I wouldn’t go back just because of the price.
