Karisa Beasley's Studio Shag Hair Salon

I have been going to Karisa for about 5 years now. I found her after a few horrible salon visits in Ocala, where my hair was burned, the wrong color applied, and I was charged outrageous prices. Karisa is an educated, talented expert in her field. My hair is healthy and beautiful. The color and cut are always on point. Karisa is also a beautiful soul. She shows extraordinary kindness and generosity to her clients and the community. This salon and Karisa are a precious gem!

Karisa is the bomb!!! She listens, educates, and always have you leaving her shop feeling happy and beautiful.

This experience was by far the best for me because my son is autistic and she was an absolute angel. I could not have had a better experience. She made my son feel right at home and really took her time to make sure that he was comfortable. After three years of waiting to get his haircut, fearing what it was going to be like, I’m happy to have found her ❤️

Karisa has been taking care of my family for over 20 years. I would be lost if she ever left Ocala. Highly professional. Knowledgeable, and someone whom I am proud to call my friend. I’ve recommended many to her salon and now I find I compete with them for appointments! I am complimented often for my hair color, I would be remiss if I didn’t mention her colorist skills.

Karisa is the only stylist in 20 years who has ever been able to give me the haircut I actually wanted. She is a true professional with superior skills. I love that her studio is private and has personality- going to get my haircut feels like getting away from the world for an hour. After my very first appointment, I sent my husband and sons to her studio as well. I cannot recommend her enough- the best!
