Kara's Nails & Spa

I recently moved to the area but have had no luck finding a nail salon that has made me want to return. Whether it be for quality of work, or customer service. Kate at Kara's listened to me, she was insanely detail-oriented, and truly a perfectionist. I walked out with the best dip manicure I've ever received (after using dip for 7 years). On top of that, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and I enjoyed being there. The owner even came out and thanked me for trying them and seemed genuinely glad to have my business. I will be returning every 2 weeks for fresh nails!

Kara's Nails is a peaceful and awesome place. This was my first time going there today. I loved it there. Everyone was very friendly. My nail tech was Kara herself, she pays alot of attention to detail. She checks in with you as she is doing your nails to make sure you like what she is doing and that nothing is hurting. Greatest experience I have ever had. Worth the trip to go there. I highly recommend this establishment to everyone!

We have been to Karas a handful of times and they do not disappoint. Making appointments is easy. Last time Kara did the black acrylic stiletto nails for my kid and I had a short, gel mani and pedi. Whatever you want, they will execute perfectly.

AMAZING. this place is amazing when it comes to everything. I just moved to Westford and couldn’t find a good nail place anywhere. Here it’s amazing, such good prices and EVERYONE is so nice and patient. They take their time to get it done right and they love doing designs. So talented. Everyone talks to you and laughs and it’s such a sweet and amazing Atmosphere. I booked my second appt and so excited to keep going and get cool designs.

I went to get my nails done. I was seen by Kara. I will tell you she was absolutely rude and I did not enjoy the service at all. She was also rough with the nail drill as well. It felt like she was going to go through my nail. I felt very uncomfortable. There was no conversation going on at all either and she was just not pleasant. I will never go back there!! 😡😡 .
