Seven 5* reviews in few hours after mine, just speak aloud of forced reviews to push down mine and avoid it to be seen by others. SHAME ON YOU LIZ!!!! I decided to give this business a second chance after my first negative experience, and unfortunately the exact same thing happened again. Based on my personal experience and other similar reviews, there appears to be a clear issue with their pricing practices and transparency. Prices are not clearly disclosed upfront, and additional charges seem to appear at the end of the service. Before my first visit, I asked for the price of a color change with new highlights, and Liz told me it would be $250. During the process, the stylist Gely applied a hair treatment without mentioning that it would cost an additional $50 or asking for my consent,

I have been coming to this salon for a while now and i know i found my nail lady! Yely is amazing! She always brings my nail design ideas to life and brings me joy every time i get my nails done! I highly recommended her if you want to get your nails looking gorgeous!

CURL CUT A SUCCESS 🩷 This is my first time coming to this beauty salon. I have seen it many times but never walked in. My curl cut was only $38 which if you have curly hair, you know that’s incredibly affordable. Cristina cut my hair and she did wonderfully. From the consultation to the cut and the results. I definitely recommend anybody who has curly fine hair to get their haircut here with the stylist I posted the a mini vlog and the results on my IG @nathalydiazzz Below are screenshots of the video. Purchased a Groupon which they then decided they would not honor. Liz, who answered the phone was rude and just kept speaking over me and made it very clear she did not care at all. If you aren’t going to accept vouchers, don’t list your business with Groupon. Would definitely not try this salon.

WATCH OUT! They give you a price over the phone and when you get there and get the service done they charge you what they want. Very unprofessional. Not a once of customer service, I am a business owner if that would have happened to me I would have tried working something out not to have an upset client but the front desk woman all she wanted was to collect and get me out of there. All she kept saying was the hair dresser had a hard time trying to put the curlers, then if it was so difficult talk before and say look this is going to cost you more or give the advice to let it grow a little more but no they wanted the money and didn’t want to loose doing the service and the one loosing was me. Do not recommend at all! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! I am attaching a pictur
