Me and my friend had went in to get a manicure done last minute before her trip to Florida. We asked for gel manicures. The manicure itself wasn’t bad but once We saw the final product. We were shocked with how much money they were charging. This is probably one of the worst manicures I’ve had done. My cuticles look horrible. My friend had paint on her fingers. I will not be going back there.

Very disappointed with my experience at KAP.. I have been a handful of times because they are local and it has been convenient. Not even two weeks ago, I went to have acrylic overlay done which I paid over 60 dollars for. I was not satisfied with the results but being a person who works in the service industry I do my best to be kind and understanding. Fast forward to today, I return to have the acrylic removed so that I can have a private nail technician do my nails to my normal standard. While I am there, again I try to be extremely respectful as this time I have my young child with me. While they did take me about 20 minutes prior to my appointment time which I appreciated, within the duration of my service I was disappointed yet again. I've been coming to KAP for a while now and honestly never felt the need to leave a review because the service always speaks for itself. But after my last visit, I felt like I should share a little more. Not just about my own experience, but also something I saw that really made me appreciate this place even more. While I was getting my nails done, I overheard a phone call between P and someone following up about a past appointment. P stayed calm and super professional the whole time and even offered to make things right, which really says a lot about the kind of service you get here. The person on the phone didn’t seem very interested in finding a resolution and was audibly disrespectful towards P through the phone, even saying that they would leave a negative review during the call. I love KAP nails! The owners are amazing and SO friendly. They even remembered my name after years of not getting my nails done very fair pricing and very happy with my nails. They have over 1000 colors to choose from! Very happy with my experience. I will be a regular once again! Thanks Danny!

My mother in law had set up an appt for me to get my nails done and I had a complicated concept I wanted and granted dan was nervous about accomplishing the task he most drff delivered! If I lived up here I most deff would keep coming back! Thank you dan! And the design was aimed towards halloween and candy corn accented ring fingers!
