Kalea Nails

The lady who do the nails here is to rough. She must have heavy hands or something because my fingers was bleeding and uncomfortable. she don’t know what she doing and it’s obvious. The “end result“ might turn out fine but all ya walking out with sore hands/feet straight up. And get off ya phone when you doing people nails at least show good customer service damn

I was in Midtown a month ago and dropped $100.00 for a second-rate pedicure. A week and a half later, I stayed in my neighborhood and went back to a business which has excellent service, knows what they're doing, and gives a truly excellent pedicure, Kalea Nails. Thank you for being a great place to unwind and caring about your customers!

i had a bad experience there. the lady was sloppy with her acryluc application and harsh on my nails i ended with a cut on two of my fingers. i had to put bandages coz it was bleeding. all she said was "sorry" i will never return there and i hope she sterelize her tools coz i am worried. i don't know if you can take legal actions for such places.

Good. A little slow and not enough staff. A customer had to translate. She was on the phone, talking so loud, it was uncomfortable, the entire time she did my nails. She wIs a. It rough as well. End results were good, but not a great experience to get those results

Walked in..the place was messy, there was Spanish music blasting and it was only one elderly woman working. I explain to her that I wanted a full set. I sit down & she tells me I have to pay before she starts. This is not what I'm used to but I go along with it. I chose my gel color. She proceeds to frown her face at my choice & say "You want that?! Its alot more prettier colors..pick something else". I said hold on, wait one minute maam. Please just give me my money back so I can go. At this point I just didn't feel comfortable at all. She apologized & practically begged me to stay but I didn't want to. The whole vibe was off. She gave my money back & I ran outta there! I wound up going to a nice place on Broadway & 140th. It's further away than Kalea but the service is worth it. Plus, I
